Why You Must Go To Vipassana Retreat At Least Once

I went through Vipassana meditation retreat in 2014. That experience of 10-day silent meditation left a long-lasting impact on me.

During those 10 days, you get to meet your inner self and observe your monkey mind wandering from one branch of thought to another.

With the practice of Aanapan meditation (mindfulness of breath) and then Vipassana technique, you experience a journey into your inner mind.

Due to the fast paced nature of life and continuous cacophony of sounds, the peaceful environment at Vipassana retreat seems too good to be true. However, the experience is worth it!

Moreover, Igatpuri center is one of the most popular retreats all over the world. So, you won’t be disappointed once you complete the 10-day course there. All the best for this inner journey into your mind.
